Happy Ours Cottage is located at 222 Brockway in the town of South Haven and embedded in
scenic Southwest Michigan! This tastefully furnished home is located 11/2 blocks (600 ft.) from
sugar, sandy Lake Michigan public access beach & three blocks from downtown South Haven.
Happy-Ours Cottage is a 1800 sq. ft single family home that has four bedrooms and two full baths.
It was built in the 1924 and was one of the original cottages of the north side resort community.
We have made extensive renovations and restorations to capture the feel of relaxation and fun for
your stay in South Haven!
We have a long driveway that can accommodate up to four vehicles. We are located 600 ft. from
Lake Michigan and three city blocks from the downtown area. We have a quiet neighborhood, which
should make your stay a pleasant one. Please look at all our links to view photos of our renovated cottage!
Walk for an hour on the beach or browse thru town with its unique shops and restaurants.
The cottage is located on the exclusive north side of town, approx 1/4 mile from Downtown South Haven.
* To make a reservation, the initial deposit is $25.
* The second payment, (the remainder of the first 1/2 of the weekly rental fee) is due by the end of March for Summer Rentals.
* Partial/Weekend Renters.....call us for timelines and personal arrangements.
* The balance and security deposit are due two weeks prior to your arrival.
* A Security Deposit will be necessary this year. The amount is $200 and will be refunded within 30 days after your stay.
